So you call yourself a positive thinker?! Ok first of all, not only will this blog post 'positively' challenge you, it will also contribute to you realising more of the positives within you and in various areas of your lives. Before we celebrate you, lets go deeper into advanced positive thinking.
Common definition that pretty much everyone is accustomed to:
An attitude where a person consistently thinks on positive aspects towards people, situations, outcomes and various things.
Advanced definition:
Adopting a consistent attitude where on all subjects one raises self awareness and consistently pivots away from (A) WHAT IS CURRENTLY BAD? and (B) WHAT COULD GO WRONG? and instead focuses on (C) WHAT IS CURRENTLY GOOD? and (D) WHAT COULD GO WELL?
Let's elaborate!
So think of a see saw effect within your mind. One one side you are engaging with A and B thoughts on subject X. On the same subject you may have some thoughts that are C and D based. How about on other subjects? There are many subjects to consider, from substantial ones such as health, finances, career / business, various relationships to smaller ones such as just the remote control control for your TV.
On every subject you will manifest matching results, to some extent, based on the quality of your thoughts. Imagine the subject of skin within the broader topic of health. For someone who has incredible youthful skin at say age 55 they may have thoughts such as:
A Thoughts - WHAT IS CURRENTLY BAD?
"I don't like the tone near my hips"
"The mark near my eyebrows looks bad"
B Thoughts - WHAT COULD GO WRONG?
"If I continue to have late nights on Tuesdays to Fridays due to events, it could take a toll on my skin"
"If eat crisps and other junk food, my skin may deteriorate"
C Thoughts - WHAT IS CURRENTLY GOOD?
"I love my skin and its texture"
"I love the tone"
D Thoughts - WHAT COULD GO WELL?
"It would be amazing to maintain this for years"
"I'd love to look 40 when I turn 65, that would be amazing"
With all the subjects in your life (1000s and 1000s), the quality of your thoughts, will to some extent, contribute to what shall manifest within them AND it they will also affect your overall vibration. Imagine manifesting more and raising your vibration overtime to a level where each time you create a new subject it becomes easier to have C and D thoughts!
Tip for the day:
Keep a daily journal and aim to reflect on your thoughts on various subjects. Ask yourself questions such as for C and D above to shift your vibration towards more positivity.
