Life coaching

Coaching

Coaching in the context of Life Coaching is the process of having collaborative conversations where there is useful scope to facilitate a client to conjure up their own ideas, solutions and more.

Coaching is based on:

- The coach and coachee being equal

- being non-prescriptive

- The premise that the coachee has all the answers within yet due to the client's blindspots and lack of self awareness of certain areas the coach will FACILITATE them to make improvements

- Regular accountability

At Attract Super Confidence there is a strong preference for this type of Coaching which is called PURE COACHING.

Mentoring

Mentoring involves prescriptive advice based solutions based on the experience of the mentor.

Mentoring offers advice from a perspective that the mentor knows what's best for the mentee.

The mentor is usually the more experienced one and will draw on their experiences to guide the mentee forward.
